That's a good weight 48 lbs that's my sophie fully grown she's small but strong as a ox hes going to be a big boy it's tricky trying to hold them on scales I've done it many times myself going to get precious weighed tomorrow too .
Its difficult lol I hope he can get to maybe 20/22 inch to shoulder and 75 to 80lbs but not sure if that is possible as he is my first bullie so not sure if he is on track or not
I'm sure he will get the that weight he's 5 months or so and already at 48 lbs already still got over a yr and half of growing and u have him on raw food yep he's definitely going to get there I'm certain.

We will see dont want any fat etc on him so like him fit to function so won't sacrifice function for extra pounds lol
I think your just trying to keep roman all to yourself lol that's why no pictures pmsl u think we will come and hijack him ha ha just make sure he don't get to big cause I won't be able to carry him to do a runner
Just realised I put a few raw marrow bones in the freezer a week ago is it ok to thaw them out for the dog to chew on or is there a risk of splinters since they have been frozen ?
I'd be lying to you if I told you I remember what his weight was at 6 months. I couldn't even guess what it was. I was more worried about chasing him around at that age and hiding everything that he could find left out on the floor to chew up.

All labourers of love lol it will be worth it in the end usually by now my dogs are walking on and off lead to perfection the bullie is a bit more of a challenge but all fun they are silly little buggers
Lmao @roman some never grow up sophie is 2 she will still run off and won't come back till she's ready she still chews things she will nick trainers socks hairbrushes when u command her to come u could be there ten minute she's like sod u ill come when I'm ready buy I have to wait and not give in I can command her 20 times to lay down and she just sits there I wait them she give 2 big deep breaths and lays down she is a stubborn minx u have no idea what u have ahead pmsl
Mmm I remember making coffee at 6 in the morning with a small bull terrier literally hanging off the back of my dressing gown,I do not miss those times LOL
I give precious 2 × 45 min walks a day just slow might be a bit long as she's not had no walking but she has to drain her energy and then plays in tge garden I'm not sure what is exact time for ages steve or phil will know .I bet u didn't I would of stood with my jaw on the floor lol .
A lot depends on Roman's environment and where/ when he can get exercise... We live in the country so, when the kids are 3 to 12 months we take them into the "wild" as much as possible because the nature smells keep them motivated and excited and they can chase deer and foxes ( as much as they can keep up) but we keep them on a 50ft rope to make sure they don't run into trouble. Because it's Florida we have to go as soon as it's light as they don't enjoy the heat. ( and most of the year, after 8 it's unbearable) ... I have found that "street walking" doesn't motivate them at all.... If you want to build strength and stamina they need to run until they are panting ... Which is about 35 to 45 minutes ( for us) .... If you can get a brisk walk or run in around sunset that's great... We typically just let ours go crazy in the back yard near the lake for 20 minutes. The main thing is variety and regularity... Our kids get really pissy if they don't get to go out for 6 or 8 hours. When they pass a year they slow down a bit ( unless there's new fun, translate, new dogs ) ... So we take them to new trails, new beaches... Never ending search for Disney land.

I can't say that I use this as a supplement for my Bullies. However, in the event someone had an older Bull Terrier that may suffer from arthritis, hip dysplacia, or joint problems I'm sure it would be a wise choice.

I have not used it. In the event I was in need to use a form of supplement for hip and joint I would most likely choose to use the NuVet Hip and Joint supplement. I'm a firm believer in NuVet products and until a better product is produced I plan on sticking to them.

If it doesn't come out of the ground, off a tree, or is shot running or swimming between the two, me and my dogs don't consume it.... I am old enough to have spent a fortune taking all sorts of miracle crap when I was younger to know that I still got old and crotchety .... If God wanted us to take stuff out of a plastic container, He is smart enough to have designed a tree that dispensed plastic containers wth little pills in them, believe me.

Antlers are safe for any age puppy to chew on. You just want to ensure they are big enough to where they can't swallow it whole. Antlers are very tough and your puppy will not be able to bite off pieces of it. They last a very long time too.
