  • Oh yea he loves them its weird but on another note me and some friends took Thor out to our wilderness spot and come to find out he gashed his toe open to where you can see his nail from the inside of his foot its real little but you can see the meat inside... I doctor d it up and got the bleeding to stop and now over night it looks like its healing up so ill give it a day or 2 and hope its not super serious... so do yall think I should take him to the vet or just doctor it?
  • But the funny thing is it didn't bother him and he acted like he didn't even know it happened lol

  • I don't see the need to make a vet visit if you're able to keep it clean and not infected.
  • Ok thanks stoeger yea it look pretty gruesome for such a small gash but its looking good this morning and not open any more and he seems fine but ill just keep a close eye on it and clean it up.... it just scared the crap out of me with all the blood
  • His little puppy feet are probably a bit tender, must have caught himself on a sharp rock. Our pup beat his paws up a little while back. He healed up fine, we just kept the cuts clean.

Yes, and try and keep him from licking it with a wrap... I know the old tail says doggie saliva heals .... But I don believe that, I find it acidic and often makes a wound worse.
In the beginning God created English Bull Terriers, in the image of EBT's, God created all other breeds.
  • Yea see the crazy thing is he dosent even realize that its there... its just as that it never even happened but im keeping a eye on it and it looks fine now but no licking it or nothing im proud of my baby for not messing with it :)
