I don't know why, but it bothers me tremendously when I look search online locally for BT's and I see all these adds for studs or pups from girls for sale that were obviously not breed to standard. Maybe I'm being to critical, but I don't think a BT, or any breed, shouldn't be breed unless to standard and I want to punch all those people in the face who don't!

Pretty common-its called "ticking" and it most likely comes from the Dalmatian that was used when Bullies where being created long ago. you usually see it on the tummy's of white bullies-but some have them all over such as this pup

This is in his actual fur though, JB has the ticking on her skin and you can see it through her fur, especially when she's wet, but it's not in her actual coat color like this.

Trayler only had a couple of ticking spots on his belly at 8 weeks old but now he has more.  Him while I scratched his tummy with my back scratcher

Skin pigmentation like that on Trayler is pretty common. If the fur was thin and you could see through it on his back and sides you'd see some pigmentation there as well.
