Skin Issues ( not related to diet )

I really can't see that my babes are not getting the best in nutrition .... And although I don't count food out completely... I can't understand why Marco has developed this "rash" suddenly.... It's only about 2" wide around the base of his tail, on his rump, and a little on the tail start itself. You can't see anything because the hair is so dense there, but you can feel these bumps, and ( when I am rubbing bag balm in ) the little "scabs" come away, and leave tiny bald spots...about the size of a matchstick head. Which are hard as heck to see because of the coat density. His sister, who eats the same grub, doesn't have them at all. He never had them 5 or 6 weeks ago AT ALL. But suddenly they sprung up and the bag balm is not solving it, they are getting WORSE,! I can't stand not having a perfect bully, and although they don't seem to bother him, they must be.
In the beginning God created English Bull Terriers, in the image of EBT's, God created all other breeds.

immune systems which are still developing. Often this can result in
certain ailments from overwheming his system. I am seeing more and more
Bull Terriers commonly plagued with Superficial Pyoderma. Often at the
root of the tail, belly, or center of the head. Many times it's the
result of localized demodectic.
You may want to have your Vet do
a scraping so they can test it and pinpoint what the true ailment is.
With that knowledge you can combat it properly by focusing on the proper
preventative medication. I'm convinced he may just be going through a
phase in his development where his skin is more susceptible to ailments
especially if his immune system is a little over worked and immature.
Had Marco not been on a good diet and you weren't treating the spot with
Bag Balm I'm confident it would be a lot worse.
You could always ask the breeder if the parents had any early stage skin disorders that came and went.
