Cleo has been shedding more than usual lately,  it has been spring but were heading into summer now and it just seems exessive..... where do I find the grizzly oil for her food???

Amazon, just enter Grizzly Oil... It'll come up ..She's white, right? Is she spending much time in the sun or on the grass? How old again?

The Grizzly Oil will help a lot. However, this is the time of year Bull Terriers will shed more than normal. You can always use the Furmirator Brush which is awesome for any dog that is shedding or blowing their coat.

Yes she's white and also LOVES the sun...she's 3 and on meds too I don't think thosr would have any affect but she's deffinatly worse than Brut. ...where do I get a furminator??

I haven't seen the oil there.... Maybe... The meds can be a big contributor... Ask the med subscriber whether they can be an effect... We have found with our whites that love the sun... And sweating underneath, that its not good, try washing her down with cool clean water after sun( ie. not a dunk in the pool).

PetSmart sells fish oil but not specifically "Grizzly Oil." It's the omegas she needs so the fish oil they sell will suffice. I'm almost positive they have salmon oil as well.

I found fish oil gives them anal sack problems. Maybe I'm wrong.

Cleo thinks any water might kill her but I been bsthing her more often because my black rug turned grey:( you ever used the salmon oil steve?? I'm sure its not her meds she's been on them since 6 months old.....maybe I'm being over protective but well anytime you pet her hair flies:( tis the season #-o

Yes, we use the Grizzly Salmon Oil all the time. The dogs love it and it makes their coat shine really nicely. The omegas are really helpful for their nutritional diet and none of our dogs have dry skin or skin issues. I can't necessarily say it's all because of the Grizzly Oil because I feel it's the combination of their diet and supplements that create the balance that keeps them healthy.

Steve is correct. I went looking for the Grizzly salmon oil at petsmart, but could only find salmon oil. I believe the brand was Nuvet. I believe it was about $21 for a smaller pump bottle. I would totally pay more for the larger pump on Amazon. I've not had any problems with shedding, but Apollo is also a puppy and has super soft fur.

Anyone ever tried the polluck oil one??? The actual website is currently not filling any of the grizzly salmon oil till mid july due to high demand. However Stvy they do have it local so thanks for the tip and Amazon has it at all diffrent prices some charging a ridiculous 6 $ to ship.... gonna get some local I'f they like it I'm gonna buy the big jug off Amazon for I think it was 38???? Steve how do You retain all the info in your head wtite a book already thanks everyone, the benefits of this site are amazing! !!!!

Just some info I found interesting is on grizzlys site it lists a benifit for dogs allergic to fleas and says it will increase their skin conditions! !! I gotta big boy over here that thinks this is great news!!!

You can buy grizzly oil from walmart website or Amazon... Selah loves it, and I love how beautiful her coat is. No dry skin issues like you see most short fur doggies. BTW keep grizzly oil in the fridge it stinks if you don't!

Wow, I've never seen that before. ( I don't think I've wittingly ever eaten a Pollock... Wonder what they are like?), Sounds like it may be a little cheaper than the Wild Salmon oil, but it also looks like a better alternative if you're worried about the long term effects of Omega-6 fatty acids, arthritis, inflammatory disease etc. I'm going to try and find some... ( I do tend to squirt the pump a bit much on the Salmon Oil)....

For that big money you can get Scotch, Scotch! .. But 2500cc is a lot, probably enough for 6 months... Do you need to put it in the fridge? If anyone has a fridge that big. @-)

Price was 16oz. 15.99 $$ all they had in a bigger pump size they had salmon but only in 4oz.

I hear a lot about using the actual salmon oil pills for humans since its cheaper. Anyone have any luck with this?

People at the park have told me they poke the capsule and let it drip on their food. Not sure if its safe but the person I spoke to hasn't had any problems.

I'm sure it would be safe if it's all natural salmon oil. However, I'm in doubt that you'd save any money by purchasing the capsules over the bottle if you compared the amount of actual oil content. Those capsules really don't hold much product.

No, I haven't. I would like to though. I'll have to order some. I would also like to research to see if there's any benefits of Pollock compared to Salmon.

From what I've read Pollock Oil is a cheaper alternative to the Wild Salmon oil. It produces a good amount of Omega 3 but it does not contain the amount that will find in Salmon Oil. The Pollock Oil was basically produced as means to provide Omega 3 without suffering the high cost of the Salmon oil. I'm sure it's good stuff. However, it's not at the same level as the Wild Salmon oil.

I must say my babies are looking just super since I been putting the grizzly polluck oil on their food....cleo has always had a missing patch of fur on her tail and its gone her coat is shinier and I can't help telling her what a pretty girl she is ( thanks to dawn as well ) !!! And Brutus is nolonger itching like a mad man and his coat is just beutiful!!!!! I'm super impressed \m/
