Lol I do wonder sometimes! I was told that bullie huckle butt, I don't know what that means but I think it's something to do with sudden bursts on insanity energy and excitement and they run round! Gunner does that all the time, even after he has pooed... Think he have an extra special one haha.
Here's Apollo in our nightly ritual. First he creeps up in daddy's lap, then slowly creeps into mine and falls asleep. Nothing like a snoring pup in your armpit!

Yeah I think your right with the lb. I'm no good with working it that way, my brother live in America and I still don't get it lol. All I know is a bullie weights an extreme amount when he refuses to walk and I have to carry him. Is that a green harness he has on? And he does look like a big boy, mine I think may have been the runt he doesn't look like all of your bullies. He isn't as stocky.
My female is small for a standard and he looks much bigger than her!!! I think he looks good. As Steve will tel you it all has to do with their bloodlines.

I had a friend from England who moved here. She taught me a few things in the 2 years I knew her. Either way I was still wrong. Lmao. A stone is equal to 14 US pounds. Leslie, that picture is deceiving. I'm only an itty bitty thing. My mother is the tallest person on her side of the family at 5'2", I follow close behind at 5'1". I think with my wee self and a very stretched out Apollo, it makes him look bigger! But yes, he is handsome! Love him so much! Lknight, it is his harness. Just temporary until he's done growing. I like this one a lot though. It's really soft and spongie. But it has a good sturdy clasp too. I don't know what the name brand is, but I got it at Marshall' s for $9.99. It's size medium for up to 50 lbs. I don't think I would buy it again for a grown bullie. The vest does not compensate for the tree trunk of a bullie' s neck.
Yeah I live in England and I don't know the lb to stone ratio lol. Mine has a harness, he does tend to pull a lot, especially when he sees another dog he just so friendly and wants to play with everyone. It's sad because people think he is dangerous cus he's on a lead and harness but if we let him off he wouldn't come back. Their necks are really big, we walked gunner with a normal lead attached to his neck collar once, and he pull backwards and it came straight off... Never seen him run so fast lol was a bugger to get him back once he smelt freedom, I guess he knows where his next meal is coming from. My boyfriend loves wrapping him up like a burrito lol gunner doesn't seem to mind either. )

Talking about crazy bully pictures... I bet you none of you have seen a bully do a belly crawl and eat at the same time.... When they come in from the heat to have some cool snack ( in this case cottage cheese), they won't let their tummies leave that cool kitchen tile.
I just saw something on Facebook. It said " I feel bad for people without dogs. They have to sweep their floor". That's what the cottage cheese pic reminds me of! Lol!!
