Marking at the dog park

My little guy has developed an odd habit of peeing on all the water bowls at our local dog park. It's not a huge deal according to everyone else (at least that's what they'll say), but I'd love some thoughts on how to discourage this embarrassing behavior. As of right now I just shadow him when he gets near the fountains and bowls, ready to redirect his aim, but I'm sure there's something else that I can do!

    Just keep that up with a lot of regularity and firmness... he'll get the message that it pisses you off. (He doesn't care what them other folk think).

    @philsergeant Thank you. I've been keeping an eye on him, and usually I can catch him in time. Trouble is now he's graduated to peeing on people's legs too! Eventually he will figure it all out, but man, this all makes for a fun trip to the dog park!
