My boy is 2.5 years old and has floppy ears they just don't stand up, is it too late to do something about it.

Probably,,, But it's always worth a try... follow all the instructions you find here and see if there is any sign of improvement in the first 2 or 3 days... if so, keep trying.
In the beginning God created English Bull Terriers, in the image of EBT's, God created all other breeds.

At 2 1/2 years old it's probably too late to see them stand due to the cartilage in the ears hardening through maturity. On social media I see many people saying "Don't tape train the ears, they will stand on their own in due time." That's probably the worst advice people can provide. Just because their Bull Terrier's ears stood on their own certainly doesn't mean every BT will be the same with their ears.

  • Amen

The s Lunt of replies on my YouTube video of my pups growing up shows their ears tsped and you would be surprised at the amount of negative comments I received for typing them

You would think I cut them off

I'm glad I did and both have beautiful erect ears

  • What age should I expect the ears to be fully erect by?

They should be up by the time they are 4 months old.
