Why won't my post show? Need help on getting my dogs ears up! We started taping and read about Knox Gelatin, wanted to see if someone would help explaining exactly if is it just pouring the powder in his food, also saw cottage cheese? Help! Thanks in advance
Zeus.... your posts show fine.... can you post some photos of your boy, give us some details, age, diet. Without those we could advise wrong.... Knox Gelatin, one sachet sprinkled on, per meal , can't hurt anyone.... a tablespoon or two (depending on age) of fat free cottage as a treat or in the morning for breakfast can't hurt either... if he is getting older and they are still not standing then u must tape.

That is our boy Zeus! He is 3 months today actually...diet wise the previous owners we got him from advised us to feed him Purina puppy chow complete I believe
He is such a beautiful boy... he deserves to have his ears taped.... Yes, add the Knox and some cottage cheese as a treat now and then (fat free).... I'd get off Purina (2 stars) to a 5 star Grain Free.. there are lots that people are happy with.. TOTW, Pure Vita, Orijen, but you'll need to experiment and find out what he likes and what likes him... every dog is different. My kids don't do well with red meat based kibble, so I get them Turkey, Kangaroo, Venison... They don't enjoy fish either... but some dogs do well on it.... buy small packs and change from one to other gradually... mixing in the new, phasing out the old... Til you find the perfect result. Also add some baked chicken .. or good wet food.... and raw when he gets settled... and those ears up!!
