Unable to reach

Does any one else have a bull terrier that is unable to reach its 'private parts' in order to clean itself? Is this standard for the EBT breed?

Neither chooba or boomer have any hope of reaching. Chooba did learn to back into something to pin his tail, although all he could do is look at it,. Never reach it. And when they do the doggy scratch with their hind legs they just fan air.
Kinda comical really.
Not sure an EBT is a limber breed,. More brick with stubby legs.

Girls typically struggle... boys never have any trouble to my knowledge... God's a good designer??
