some of u guys know my bully luna broke her leg......is been three weeks since that day so today i went to work early this morning and when i came back luna took her cast off...i dont know how she did it but she took it all !!! so i call the vet and they told me that its goin to be like 140 i dont have money cuz i just paid off the 600 the they let me borrow....they told me that she can be with out the cast for like a week cuz the bone is doing good but is better to have the cast...im just mad bcuz i dont have the money.....

If your short on funds, wrap her leg with an ace bandage so there's still some level of immobilization and support. Then head to PetSmart for a Head Cone so she can't bite it off or mess with it. She's had the cast on for a good while and if she only needs one more week the ace bandage will do the trick as long as she can't get at it to remove it.

Don't wrap the ACE bandage too tight though, rather thick than tight, a couple of ACEs and quite a bit of sports bandage overlay to keep it in place... Ideally some gauze pads/ wraps, before the ACE, so she has room for circulation. Walmart are probably cheapest on the bandages.
( I would have thought the vet who charged you all that good money would have given you a head cone for when she's unattended... They normally do for just about every surgery )

the vet told me that the bone its straight but she need to have the plastic cast for another 2 or 3 weeks...so he told me to try to put it back until friday that she have xrays and hes going to put a new one ...no to tight or to lose.. and he told me that luna cant be running around or jumping.. thank you steve an philsergeant for the tips...

Today we took luna to the vet and iam so happy because she doesn't need her splint any more. She's able to walk without it,she can't be jumping to much or running for another week but she's ok here is a picture. >- =D> \:D/

yeah rite now shes in the cage cuz shell be jumping around and running fast...so i have to keep her inside the cage so she could relax a little....but im happy

Yes, the challenge will be keeping her from going crazy ( after having been immobilized for so long) ... Dang Bullies! Don't forget to write all those expenses in the Little LUNA book... So you can be just dumbfounded in 12 years time as to how much bigger a house you could have bought without a Bully! ... Just the house would have never been the same without them! :o3 :o3

we took luna to the beach she was having fun.. shes still recovering but shes a lil bit scare when theres alot of people around...

From the photos she looks like she was having a blast! You could tell she really wanted to go play with those other dogs that were walking by.

shes 7 1/2...but shes a miniature ...and is huntington beach in orange county california is pretty nice.. i like it... \m/

yeah i went to that one too seal beach...but huntington beach is lil bit cleaner and lil bit hot it...but still a good beach
