Hi all, new member who has just acquired a 10 week old EBT puppy from the SSPCA. She had a really rough start in life. The SSPCA rescued 2 dogs from atrocious conditions, one being an EBT bitch. Sadly she had been neglected, was unsocialised and had behavioural problems. Both dogs had been 'denied the opportunity to display natural behaviour' too. Harley's mother gave birth at the SSPCA centre but tried to kill the pups. My Pup, Harley Quinn (Harley) for short required staples to her back and she and her siblings were hand reared. Harley is described as an EBT in documents but as they don't know who her sire was they also referred to her as a Cross. Interestingly enough they rehomed a male EBT a few weeks before the puppies were rehomed and I'm assuming he may have been her sire. We were luckily chosen to rehome Harley as we have experience of the breed. We had our first EBT for 11 years before we lost her to Lymphoma. We decided to leave getting another dog until our daughters were older but almost 5 years on when these Puppies were looking for homes with Bully experience we thought it was meant to be. I'd be interested to hear people's thoughts on Harley's parentage as she's pretty much identical to our pure bred EBT when she was a Pup right down to the 'Rocket Pig' hot runs the houseimageimage
