Frequency of Knox/Cottage cheese regimen

I posted a couple of weeks ago about helping my Bull Terriers ears go up. A big suggestion I got was to give him cottage cheese and Knox gelatin. Is there a frequency with which you had them on that worked well? They have gone up more though! I will post pictures in a minute.
