Yes! That last photo is just waiting for a Mustard Smear for the really hot and cute dog! Unless someone recommends something else (I figure they should just grow out, but I confess, I haven't seen that before), I would just tape them with the methods shown elsewhere on this site (around a tampon tube) for a couple of days, and see if that helps them out.
