    I don't doubt that................Hannah had never been around kids until my granddaughter arrived  (for a visit) when she (Hannah) was 8 mos old.  That dog was sooooo gentle with Hailey, I couldn't believe it.  Hannah never jumped at her , bit at her , knocked her down.....nothing.  Also never left her side.  It was like I didn't exist.  Hailey (who is only 7 and very small for her age) ran with her, threw her ball, played tug of war etc. and Hannah was never aggressive with her.  (she is with me when I play with her!)  whats up with that?!?!  What an amazing breed they are...............if only everybody knew!!!!

    Wow! They are just made for one another!! If you count the dog months (years)... their age is pretty similar too!  Fabulous to see!   But, if EVERYONE KNEW, like you said, that would make you less unique, right!?
    Just kidding.... But they do create for us a special relationship that sets us apart from mere mortals
