Demodectic Mange can effect any Bull Terrier with a poor immune system. Stress and Anxiety can dramatically worsen the problem too. This is why it's so important to focus on on a strong immune system in order to maintain proper health. Saddly I've seen several Bull Terriers in this condition. Most simply need a proper diet, supplement to boost their immune system, exercise, attention, and love.
Yes, it would. That's a sign of pure neglect. A Bull Terrier in this condition got this way from bad health, weak immune system, and lack of attention. Once the skin disorder worsened so did his or hers stress level which only made matters worse. Mange will only worsen with neglect. Sad too because it isn't a difficult thing to cure and prevent.

Ya, me too. Just one visit to the Forum on June 22nd and no return after they posted. I hope they return because I too would like to know the story. I can only assume they rescued a Bull Terrier in poor condition and dedicated towards getting the Bullie back into proper health and from the looks of it they did a great job.

Poor baby looks exhausted in the first photo. Glad to see a successful transformation. Would love to rescue the right bullie one day. I hope the OP comes back to share this dog's story.
