pure cod liver oil or grizzly salmon oil

Hi guys I've got my dogs on our cod liver oil not really noticed alot of difference in skin or coat do been looking threw posts a saw steve recommend grizzly salmon oil is this better than cod liver oil steve need something that will improve the skin and also looked at bag balm thinking off ordering the two .chaos is skin is not good I think the grass has caused a irration from the woods he's scratching himself and becoming very sore I've been using raw coconut oil which worked a treat but seems to have stopped I've smothered his belly and legs in soedo cream and see if it calms down as vet said it was ok but skin has become so dry my poor boy .

There was another discussion on the Cod Oil from a long time ago where people had negative results. Maybe @philsergeant can find that discussion because I'm bad at finding old discussions. But anyway the salmon oil is far superior and contains more of the omega 3 that dogs need. Are you using any other supplements to help boost her immune system? Another natural supplement that people have had good success with is Apple Cider Vinegar.

Thanks Steve I'm giving them raw compressed coconut oil to eat and on skin that is meant to boost the immune system plus cod liver oil choas coat has improved a lot since I got him he was underweight bad skin had mange and loss of fur of his whole top back he's 100 per cent better just this skin beimg sore so if there's something better I can give him I will order the grizzly salmon oil I saw a post which said u can give coconut oil and apple binder together do u use the bag balm for dry skin on tummy and groin thank u for replie steve .

Just ordered grizzly salmon oil looking up bragg apple and vinger I can't get the nuvet vitamins here in the UK also if I order if from America which one do I get there's nuvet .nuvet plus .nuvet wafers nuvet tabs lol why can't they have one simple one lol .pulling my hair out ~X(

Tride to order Grizzly Salmon  Oil but its limited to get to South Africa and honestly it becomes very expensive..

My Vet gave me a product called Efazol its essential fatty acids with Zink ..Omega 3 omega 6 and fatty Acids..Kids seem to like it...

Heard back from nuvet and I'm not going to be able to order it I have to order 4 bottles of nuvet that will come to 200 dollars plus 55 dollars shipping so I need to find something else as it will be to expensive .

I normally buy 2 orders of 180 wafers... which gives me 360 wafers (when I went to school anyhow), and we give the kids 2 a day each...which is 90 days, 3 months.... That costs $214... but would last one dog 6 months... so about $36 per month... expensive I know.... The $55 shipping is a killer. I'd offer to buy and ship them to you but I don't think it will cost much less than $40 for the shipping.  For some reason shipping US to UK is crazy expensive.

Thanks for replie phil I think the shipping is expensive I got sophie backpack and collar from America and that was 25 dollars to ship to uk and took 7 days to get here which I thought was good they should drop the amount u have to order say 2 packs of 90 and cut shipping to buy 4 packs of wafers and shipping works out £160 english money which is a big amount to lay out at once ill see what happens would be a lost easier of UK stocked them lol why is all the good stuff not in the UK bloody pain ha ha thanks phil .

Well the grizzly salmon oil came today and all the dogs love so top marks for that one can't wait to see the results of it . Thanks guys for the advise on this one .

I forgot to add, Besides being very good for them, the kids just love the wafers.... All I need to do is shout "Isabella! !! Do you want your vitamins?" After dinner, even if she is circling the pool, ( she loves to walk around the pool after dinner, kinda a ritual) ..-and she comes running at a trot, assumes the position and waits for her treats... Naturally her dumber brother sees what's going on, comes running and assumes the position too.

Actually though, you really did teach me something the other day. I too have a Samsung S4 and I've always viewed the forum through my phone but didn't have the ability to type because there was no option to use the key pad. To tag someone's name simply put the @ sign in front of the name
