Itchy belly and 'armpits'

hi all, just want to know what can i use for my bullie, she is 2yrs of age very active, healthy diet and drinks plenty of water! She has recently picked up a itchy belly (red with flaky skin) as well as under her arms. What could this be and how can treat her? could it be change of seasons?
