12 weeks and ears still arnt up we have been giving him the Knox but still nothing thinking we will have to take before he gets to big and rips it off all the time any other suggestions would be wonderful

You may wish to tape them so you can train them to stand. I initiate ear taping at 8 weeks old if the ears aren't standing just to be proactive. Better to be safe than sorry. Follow the guidance in this Video that Craig made. However, don't leave the tape on more than 48 hours without removing the tape, checking progress, cleaning the ears, and reapplying if necessary.

My bullie's ears weren't up till closer to 5 months. I just massaged them every day. Whether it worked or not, I don't know, but I don't think Quinn minded.
