Can anyone advise on what grain free kibble is available in Australia and where you purchase it. Im struggling to find anything locally.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Comm'on Aussie Blokes & Sheila's, put down the Fosters and help our Aussie matey out will ya!? I know there are hundreds of quality Bullies down under and there have got to be grain;free sources. I've sent an email to Marco's breeder who is from/in 'Stralia... If he replies I'll post his source.

Thanks, have spent hours researching, there are several brands available but at $120 a bag for 20 kgs its too expensive to try if its shite, was just hoping for some feedback from other aussies as too what they have tried and have found to be great.

Really appreciate your imput, if only I was in america, you guys are amazing, sharing all your experience.

we're in Brisbane and use the paws for life website. We've tried a few different 4 and 5 star kibbles including earthborn puppy vantage and taste of the wild. Currently we use Earthborn Primitive with good results.

I can honestly say that pawsforlife is great and I think they're based in NSW or something, so with the freight to Brisbane ($5) it takes 1-2 days to arrive on our doorstep. The other site we've used is Pukinuk. which is good also.
I haven't been able to find Orijen here but am keen to give it a go once I do find it.

During the xmas break I've been doing an internship with an American company over here in Queensland and a lot of the Americans I have worked with continuously mock my Aussie accent and try to imitate it! In my own country no less! They're also mostly from Texas so their accents are really distinctive...I try to imitate their accent right back hehehe

Like most "Americans" my official Aussie translator is Crocodile Dundee... All in good spirit, taking the Mickey out of other nationalities, as well as our own, is always done with the greatest of respect and fun...mostly because we just wish we could be there to enjoy and share in your lifestyle ( antics and accent)!!!!
Tell the Texans they need to start a new spelling dictionary with words like "Kawfee", and "dawgs".

OK I'm rekindling this topic as it's time to buy another bag of food and so I'm back into the research. As a side note, you guys have it so good in the States....we don't really have access to much of the stuff you guys recommend such as puppy totw, blue buffalo, victor, Nuvet +, grizzly salmon oil etc...makes it so frustrating!!

So I've narrowed the kibble choice down to either:
-Earthborn Holistic Primitive Natural which is 5 stars, grain free and has awesome protein content.

Does anybody have input as to which is the better choice? At this stage I'd be happy with either.

I want to ask a question about supplements....I read on the Earthborn website that if you're feeding Earthborn, additional supplements are not at all necessary. Should I listen to this advice or will supplements still be appropriate? I found some supplements that I would consider, but I'm not really sure whether they are worth it or not....

Melissa forgot to mention that Thor is only 8.5 months old and Asher is 8 weeks. So is it OK to feed the pups the above food or should we go for a pure puppy formula?

I managed to get this from my local produce shop and im having good results.  I also managed tk get grizzly salmon oil off ebay and it has improved his coat so much. This grain free is about $80 a bag for 20kg and whilst I know its not one that I have heard anything about, it has a good star rating and im really happy with how Caesar is responding to it.

Both foods above do profess to being suitable for all life stages but yes good point to mention thanks Matt
@waywardangel, this food does look pretty good, it doesn't seem to be suitable for puppies (as far as my quick scan could tell), is that correct?

It says its for all life stages.. Caesar is 7 months old and 25kg.. he is performing well on it.

Ps... you can go past grizzly salmon oil, grab it from ebay, you absolutely will not be disappointed,  his coat is amazing!

I can't find the Nutreco anywhere in Australia...where abouts did you get it?

Where do you live? I get mine from a produce shop on the southside of brisbane.
