Thanks Trent. Ya, they both look extremely nice. We have full intentions of showing Deuce and seeing how she will do. She starts classes next month.
By the way, we entered Lucian in a big 3 day show next month in Raleigh. Craig and I wanted to finish him since he's only 2 points shy of his CH. I'll take some photos and let you know how he does.

Thanks. No, I still have my old cheap camera. The pictures were actually taken by my neighbor when Deuce ventured over to their yard for some attention. My neighbor actually owns a good camera. :P

Due to her current age she is a terror right now.   This is like the teenage rebellious stages for a Bull Terrier. I'm surprised she didn't have a slipper or shoe in her mouth when that photo was taken yesterday.

She's a good girl though and normally listens very well but if there's other Bullies playing outside she will join the fun without a second thought. She likes to wrestle and play around with every dog she can find that will entertain her energy level. My wife has a 16 week old Frenchie that keeps her busy most of the day. \:D/

Ug! She's a "terror" at 9 months!!!!? Mine are 6 months and I'm hoping the " terror" part is going away! If you tell me I gotta live through another 3 month sentence, then I'm calling Jack Bauer from "24" to get rid of the terror threat! :-((

Well, she's easy now in comparison to a few month ago. That all comes with raising a puppy though regardless what breed it is.

We love her to death and plan on showing her soon enough. She's still got a lot of filling out to do but she's got an excellent head. Still a pup obviously but she's awesome with other dogs and truly has a wonderful personality. We could never part with her but one day she will be bred to Nitro and I'm confident those puppies would be awesome.

Not for at least another year. Julie really wants to show her and doesn't even wish to talk about breeding her until we see how she'll develop over the next few months. Her father does really well in the ring and can light up an audience with his personality. We hope the same for her.

Julie got that Kong collar from PetSmart. It seems to hold up pretty good even with some of the otehr Bullies dragging her around the yard by it. I don't know what it is about Bullies where playing together often means tug of war via collars.

Miller Light, Bud Light, or any American Beer company for that matter needs to come back with a Bull Terrier as their mascot. I miss Spudz!

Mine do the same darn thing with collars and they look like hell in no time!!! Funny!! I had a huge poster when I was little of spuds I so wish I wouldn't have been so ruff as the ends of it got really tattered due to retaping cause it kept falling of my wall!! My grandmother is and was a Christian lady and she hated that beer poster on her wall but I was to young to realize why!!! Hey I liked the dog!!! I bet she threw it away!!! Lol!!

I know what you mean. I wish I had some Spudz McKenzie memorabilia. Bud Light should have kept him going strong. Once the frogs and lizards came out I knew Spudz was gone for good.

My brother served in the gulf war and broght me home a muds mcchittlan t-shirt I know that's spelled wrong but it was a beer drinking pig instead of the dog and they called him the southern party animal!! Of course I loved it.. I wonder what ever happened to that shirt!!! Probly grama again!!!

They portrayed her as a boy for the same reason everyone thinks Shih Tzus are all girls XD I hate to say it but it's that sad truth. I felt so bad for my Open male I used to show every time someone spectating would say "Oh isn't she darling!" Here is a small pic I have of him, poor buddy!

Depending on the person's age, I either tell them "Spuds McKenzie" or the "Target dog". Sometimes you say English Bull Terrier and they look confused.

1.5 Years Old:

Deuce has developed nicely but she's a little on the small side. I had hoped she'd get to about 65 pounds but I don't think it's in her cards. Currently she is 58 pounds and has exceptional bone structure and conformation. However, her gait isn't good as she has a tendency to be shy and lack the confidence she'd needs in the ring. Her character is awesome and she is a real sweet girl but she would need to be more alert and confident vice cuddly and cute. But that's the way she likes to be and the more I work with her the more she just wants to roll her ears back, smile, and wag her tail. I'd say she'll probably max out at (a true) 60 pounds which is good with me. I think her attributes will be excellent for future production especially if bred to Nitro. Deuce loved interacting with the last few litters we had and I know she would be an excellent mommy. I'm still on the ropes with seeing how she'd do in an actual show. Maybe she'll come out of her cutesy shell in the next couple months and prance around with "attitude" and ultimate confidence but I doubt it. I think she'd just rather be a fun loving lap dog with no interest in strutting her stuff.

Two things Steve, actually three.
1) at 1.5 years I am sure you are getting a little tired of her.
2) You know very well that EBT's are telepathic and I could read very clearly from the look on her wonderful face in that picture she was trying very hard to let me know she is tired of the snow, and wants a FL vacation badly.
and 3) She's a beauty!!
