Stumped by my Bullies actions
My 2 year old female last night about 4 a.m. let out two loud yelps from her carrier. I woke up and heard her panting hard so I took her to the couch and sat with her. She was shaking and spooked. She stayed that way all day and night. She eats, drinks, and has pooped normal. I have checked her temp and its good. When were outside shes better but when we come back in the house she goes and sits in another room by herself. She normally loves playing with the other two bullies but not since this happened. I don't know if she's starting her heat cycle, she hasn't spotted or lost any blood. I'm at a loss for this action. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Check your smoke alarms. My Lab acted that way. We finally figured out he could hear the noise from the smoke alarms before we could. The 4D batteries were going dead. My lab hates high pitch noices, or loud noises. I had to take the batteries out in every room, since we could not determine which one was causing the noise. Once we put new batteries in all of them he stopped doing it.
