Yeah, but I know you are cheating... I can see some Photoshop in these pictures.... This one for example.... You can see where you have Photoshopped out the rubber bands that you had behind their ears holding their mouths open in those wonderful smiles!
Awsome photos! and i totally agree! you NEED to start charging people to take pics of there pets! you could make alot of money in no time doing this you do amazingly wonderful work!
you can tell you have more then a nice camera-you have a great eye for photos, i see alot of people who take pics with great cameras-the pics look nice but dont make you say "WOW!" the way yours do.
Yes, ma mama used to say, "waste not, want not".... A talent like that or any similar should not be wasted. I think you'd be great at all animals, particularly birds... There's a big market for great animal photography... You could even do your own 2014 Bullies calendar... I'd help you with design!
In the beginning God created English Bull Terriers, in the image of EBT's, God created all other breeds.
I would love to do a calendar! I am in training for grooming right now, it makes really good money. I don't really want to drop everything and leave it. But school for photography is very hard, there is a lot of competition, and you don't just go right into animals...i heard its a lot of commercial stuff first, advertisements and stuff. Cameras and gear are so insanely expensive and there is sooo much complexity to it. Lenses and different settings on the camera that are so complex i dont even know what they do. I would like to eventually offer to take photos for peoples dogs at a low rate, since it's something I really enjoy to do.
I don't even know the basics of professional photography. I basically put my camera on one or two settings and click away. I don't even know how to change the settings on my camera, i use the default one and just go.
Danielle, you dont HAVE to go to school to be a photographer-or even a proffessional.
you dont even have to quite your job to do it, just take some bit of free time while your online, jioin a photography forum and ask alot of questions, or do what i do and just fiddle!
i learned how to use other settings on my camera by taking photos of my goldfish tank, useing differant settings, differant lighting, take 8 pictures of the same angle same thing just differant settings and pick out the differances ect.
try messing around with your macro setting- LOVE macro!
Kim, isn't macro for up close and small things? Yes I have actually done that too, used different settings on the camera of the same thing. I never really noticed much difference in any of them hahah. I use the basic setting and sport the most.
Well, there you go. If you are this good WITHOUT training, imagine what training will do. When I first started messing with photography you had to take the film to the lab, pick it up the next day and by then you'd forgotten what you did to make the shot good or bad, and often it was hell to catch the same moment again. Today I draw better than I take pictures. With digital you know in a flash ( or even without flash :-* ) ...and can correct in a second. There must be online courses today.. With your talent you hardly need them. Be bold, do the calendar... You have 5 months... You can let breeders and other EBT related advertise on it (tastefully ) to cover the cost of printing.... You can have all sorts of EBT tips and factoids on it.... It'll be a blast, and a start... Sell it on Amazon.

Chriztine, he is a great looking fellow! I didn't know that in Norway the chickens were so skinny... You are going to have to find something more nourishing than that to feed him [-X ~:>

i LOVE the macro setting-you can use it to capture small details and not just for small things.
i like to use macro to get pictures of my cats faces so you get a normal picture with outrageously detailed eyes.
