Overweight Really??

Been told by two people today, the vet (standard check up no problems) and his dog trainer just for a walk with his dogs that he is overweight cause you cant see his ribs? i would never in a million years say this is the case. I know they are not the best pics but anyone agree?

@Baggies, If you turn your dog around you will see the same orifice out of which the vet and his trainer are talking.

Haha. I think as a breed they do store alittle more. Lol, yesterday going for a fun I was trying to coax my bullie up a bushy hill by saying 'come on fatty, get up that hill'. I feel like her personal trainer at times.

Thanks, I think he looks fine and proportional for his height so not worried. He does like his food though

My vet constantly tells me that Maya is overweight. I'm not buying it.

I personally don't think that you should be able to see the rib cage on this breed, they aren't greyhounds for heaven sake.

I don't think he is overweight in fact the muscle definition in the back legs is very good. I would rather him carry some weight on the belly, more of him to annoy when I tickle him

Sorry that was 4 and 5 months here he is at 6 1/2 months

He's eating a ton but he's exercising a lot by running the woods , flirt pole and light work on a spring pull
