I believe ZM is naturally going to want to steal some of the place that Cora has in your heart. She'll start slowly and get more ambitious daily. You have to vigorously admonish any attempt on her part to do this. But you should be ready, as soon as she has "recovered" from your admonition, give her some love of her own. Otherwise she'll just try harder to steal it from the one that obviously has it. If there are two ( or more) in your family I would have the one that she cherishes most ( probably you) love on Cora while other family members love on her so she similarly gets the message that she'll be loved if she doesn't try and steal from Cora . If Cora starts to react to ZM negatively you know you are not doing enough of the independent admonishing and love on ZM. The other thing I'd look out for very observantly is avoiding having any treasures available to either of them while they are together... Later they can share them while you are present... But not alone until their relationship has balanced out. By treasures I mean treats, toys, bones, anything that they won't willingly share. They are much more likely to comfortably share water bowls, blankets, sleeping places, crates, and this should be vigorously encouraged. I hope you are blessed with a miracle, but if their relationship grows " normally" .. It's better to be forewarned and get yourselves forearmed
In the beginning God created English Bull Terriers, in the image of EBT's, God created all other breeds.
I'm trying to give Cora the same amount of love she is used to and slowly bringing Zola into the mix since it's only me and the girls on a daily basis. Fortunately Zola is independent and like to play on her own for a while, so I don't need to shove her off.
I love this photo too! His name is Ringo, a 2-year old horny beast from a friend of mine, they "played" for hours on saturday. He used to grope Cora too!

Awesome names too. It is like you combined Cola and Zoro to make girl names, haha!
Love the pics, welcome to the forum.
