Growth by his whiskers!

For a while now my bullie has had a couple of growths on his snout, I have no idea what they are, one has got bigger over the past 5-6 months but the other has seemed to stay the same-ish size. They don't seem to be causing him any pain or discomfort, so we have overlooked it, but it's becoming a concern for me as it looks quite odd, and I wouldn't want it to progress into a problem for him. Does anyone know anything? Thank you.

It's kind of hard to tell from the photo's and I don't know what the texture of the bump feels like. However, from the photos it appears to be either a skin tag or mole. It doesn't appear swollen, infected, or irritated. These kind of bumps are pretty common in all breeds. You could keep an eye on it and the next time you visit the Vets office have them look at it to see if they feel it warrants any tests. Oki, thanks for that, from that link it sounds like a skin tag to me. I'll get the vet to have a look next time we go. Thank you
