As quite as I can possibly be opening a bag of pretzels awakens the furry monsters of the house who arrive at my feet in seconds. There is no such thing as eating a snack in peace at my house.

I eat a block of chocolate or chips every night next to Memphis and he never bothers me....he knows he's getting nothing. Back in the early early days of puppy Moose, I used to give him rice with the other end of my chop sticks as i eat. He'd rest his head on my shoulder🥰 (this was before I knew he couldn't eat rice)

Yes, I caved and gave them each a small piece of a pretzel. I'm my worst enemy which is likely why they congregate around me when I'm eating. But normally I only allow they to snack on things that are healthy for them.

McKenzie is the most begger of all beggers. She never miss's a chance to stare you down if you are eating. She could be outside in the yard, messing around doing her dog stuff. Then as soon as we plate up, she is asking to come in. She can tell we are eating from a mile away. She even does all her tricks to show off to get something. It's hilarious to say the least.

I'm glad to hear you are doing good and Memphis is still looking good. I've been super busy with work and life and and and. Everyone is doing well here too. Just have to get on here more often.
