problems with 7 months old

Hello guys
Sorry i am bother you here but have a wee question about my white seven months bulli, from the past 4 days he is very lazy, dont want to play, dont want go for a walk, have very smelly breath, problems with the chewing, he is do it poo like 6 to 7 times a day, he was acting like that before but that was always when he was losing his teeths and new start growing, at six and the half months, he still can get new teeths ? I check the gums and all is good and perfect, white teeths brushed everyday, he is getting 3 times a day free grain plus rice with chicken breast, we are adding ones a day sweet potatoes to, 380g per meal.
Please maybe you guys have some answers.

Sorry to hear your guy isn't feeling well. Sounds like he may have dental issues. Maybe a cracked tooth or infection in his mouth only bc you mentioned he has a hard time chewing and has bad breath. I hope he feels better soon!
I would ease off on brushing his teeth if he has any chewing issues so you don’t aggravate his developing teeth. Why not try to make a homemade bone broth to help with his recovery if he is unwell. It wouldn’t hurt just small amount initially to see if his pooping settles. Perhaps you are giving him too much sweet potato which may cause the excess pooping? I hope others can give you more advice too to help your puppy
