1.6 year old intact female sleeps a lot

hello everyone,
my Umbra just finished her 2nd heat cycle and she became lazier than she used to be. I mean, walks other than to the park were never fun but now she just doesn't seem interested in any kind of walk most of the time.
she would just move around the house and sleep most of the time.
it's rather sad to see her not interested in the outdoors. it's autumn here, windy, and not that much of great weather - not sure this has an impact on dogs much but I am wondering what's going on with her.
also, the fact that each walk in any direction that's not the park ends up with me pulling her, she almost never walks freely next to me, 90% of the time it's behind with that miserable look on her face - breaks my heart really.
the first 7 months of her life she was super active, i mean she would happily run like crazy now, not so much.
anyone else has similar issues?

McKenzie on the other hand, nonstop since we brought her home at 10 weeks, she is now 3 years and less of a pain in the butt, but she is still nonstop.
