4 yo mini bull terrier having random shaking and inability to walk

Hello,
We adopted a mini bull terrier back in January. Apart from his allergies (which we have come to realize is very normal in bullies), he is very healthy and playful.
He has had very sporadic attacks (maybe twice) if shivering, but snapped out of them within minutes.
Yesterday I noticed he was a little behind me on our walk (which is weird since he is always eager for his walks). This morning he seemed fine and suddenly when he followed me to the restroom he stopped right on his tracks. He was kind of frozen like he couldn’t bring himself to move his legs. I picked him up and realized he was shivering. Laid him in bed and he calmed down. Picked him up to take him out to our yard to do his business and when I put him down he was again frozen like he couldn’t move and shivering.
Don’t know if it is some ptsd (we believe he was a bait dog), or something related to him muscles.
He is currently sleeping on me and has stopped shivering…
Has anyone had this happen to their bully? Any help would be appreciated!

Don't want to raise any alarm but our EBT Max displayed similar symptoms and was diagnosed with IMT (Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia, This is very serious but can be treated.
All the best.
