My older BT aggressive towards my new BT puppy
Hi,
We got a new BT puppy back in April, and my older one started to be aggressive, he was was the sweetest boy, all the time so happy with other dogs and super friendly (even too much).
You know how puppies get excited and he would only growl at her when she was being too much but nothing else.
But over the course of the last 3-4 weeks. He attacked her twice (last was last night).
The first time that happened, we pinned him down. He got separated from her for a day then we started re introduce them together and rewarding both when they were interacting together well and monitoring their interactions.
I’m getting very sad that he is getting as he never been aggressive before we got the puppy
(Btw we did a slow introduction when we got her)
I’m not sure what to do anymore or if I’m doing the correct thing. So if anyone has any advice of how those 2 can get along, I would really appreciate as I love them both.
