My 12 weeks pup's head is too small

My pupy is 12 weeks old today.
and i was wondering if his head is slightly too small for his body or even for his age.
I took him out for a walk the other days, someone approached me mention about his head size and it been borthing me ever since.
when i first got him. He was a runt of litter. He was so small. I take a good care of him with good quality food, make sure he has enough exercise he needs. but i still am not sure if i might have missed something here.
Here is his recent pics VVVVVVV
Ps. Most pics was taken when he was about 8 week ish

I am no expert but I think he looks fine. The pic of him sitting makes him look podgy but he may have just eaten his meal lol is his worming up to date?
I think that comment got you worried unnecessarily but maybe some others can give you more advice. He is gorgeous none the less and will grow into his body at his own pace I feel. Sometimes we worry about perfection but this comment has made you look hopefully unnecessarily.
Enjoy your sweet puppy
