Female in heat 27 days and counting - behavior question

Hello,
My Umbra is 11months now and she started her heat (first drop of blood) on Feb 28th 2021.
The bleeding part wasn't too bad, daily drops here and there but we managed to keep clean fairly easy.
My question is: should she still be attractive to males 27 days into her heat? Now, more than ever everyone intact gets crazy when we walk by and she even pushes me towards any dog she sees. If I let her go (under close supervision) she would jump and try to hump that dog
as if she would be the male. She also tends to enjoy 69 ) which is quite embarrassing to witness )
When will this end?
