15 month old English Bull terrier for re homing

15 month old AKC neutered male, vaccines up to date. He was a pup from last years litter and now needs to be re homed as child has developed allergies. He does have some minor issues that can definitely be worked out with proper training. He loves people and has a bunch of energy. Rex was not properly socialized with other dogs so he plays a little rough , NOT AGGRESSIVE. He is house trained and knows basic commands. If you are interested please contact us for more details on his story. We would like a good home with a person experienced in this breed. There is an application process as well as a rehoming fee.

You mention that your child developed allergies which is why you need to rehome. You also mentioned this being a puppy from your litter last year. Does your child have allergies to the sire and dam of this puppy also? Are you planning on rehoming all your dogs or just this puppy? Circumstances seem a bit confusing.

I inquired about this puppy. Then after speaking with my wife, decided against it. basically for the reasons Steve pointed out above. It's a heck of a deal if there were not so many questions needing answered. Mckenzie is still an only child. lol
  • Hope you find a home for this guy. We are fencing our 10 acre farm because our crafty 1 year old bull terrier can breakout of the stuff we have now. I've had bull terriers for 7 years now and wouldn't change anything with this breed.

Rehoming fees? I hope it's not an inexpensive adoption fee. You should be happy for anyone who's willing to take on the issues he has with allergies and initiate proper training and socialization with other dogs.
I sure hope this Bull Terrier finds a loving home with a family dedicated to his health needs and training.

I am going to say. They want $500 adoption fee. Then this person taking on the adoption is going to need to drop a good deal of money on the vet fees associated. The agreement, if anything like their sales, is to share breeding rights. That is how I understood it.

$500 is not an adoption fee. That's a dog being placed for sale. Sad too especially it's in need of extensive training and is dog aggressive. Very odd to hear that breeding rights was even mentioned on a dog like this.

Remarks are spot on. Dog needs medical attention plus lots of training and a $500 fee would be a dream come true for the OP.
