Syncope and Heart concern :/

Hi all, just passing by to try to get some some input or hope. My 3.5yr old EBT had an episode of syncope(feinted) 2 days ago lasted about 5 seconds. It happened after a quick walk when we were coming back in the house. He coughed a little and just collapsed. He came back and has been normal since. Eating and drinking water just fine. Full of energy and being himself. I took him to the vet today and they said they heard a murmur in the heart. Had an x-ray that showed a bulge or enlargement on the right side of the heart. I am so worried and paranoid and wanted to see if anyone has experienced this. He will be having an ultrasound this coming Tuesday, hoping for the best :(

    Don't waste your time or money with the ultrasound. Ask your Vet for a referral so your dog can have a full EKG test with Doppler conducted. This will provide you a complete and accurate account of any issues with his heart.
