  • Im under the impression it was her baby teeth as she dosent apear to have really lost any yet she isnt in any pain still eating and playing should i be worried?
  • Hi there,
That must of been so shocking! Billie started to loose her teeth right around 5 months and her first tooth loss was when she was playing tug of war, but it was one of her back molars that got yanked out (I freaked out bc she was a bloody mess) I called her vet immediately and spoke to couple of my friends who are in the field and they all said she was ok bc it was her baby teeth. All her teeth starting to fall out shortly after that incident. I pulled all her "hard" toys like her bones and sticks and replaced it with softer ones like kongs, other rubber toys, and tied a few soft was towels together and made a rope for her to play with. When she started bleeding, I took all toys away until the bleeding subsided for a few days
  • Hi thanks for your reply It was awful i felt terrible shes still eating and playing plenty lol i think shes loosing her teeth a bit later due to most of her baby teeth still being in and she will be bang on 5 months tomorrow and i was worried incase it was her big ones but i check her bite regularly to make sure her teeth are all lining up right through her growth so im almost 100% certain there were no adult teeth yet and it would have been strange for them tk come out so easily and would have been alot more painful i will still keep an eye on her but i just needed peace of mind im sure you will understand what i mean! This is willow

  • OH MY GOODNESS!!! HOW PRECIOUS!!! Both your little girls are beautiful :)
And yes, I totally understand what you mean and your concerns.
Btw, that picture needs to be framed! Soooo cute!
  • I think a frame is more than necessary!! She is excellent and very obedient when she wants to be lol never once got too hyper with our little girl with me and my partner its a different story lol!
  • Awwweee, they're going to be the best of friends:)
Billie is gentle and calm around my niece and nephew, but with me, she is a bull dozer and plays rough, Haha.
  • They are all the same if you didnt know how bull terriers were like youd think they were crazy!!! I take that back they are crazy you just need to be equally as crazy to match personality's!
  • Lol, so true and well said :)

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Soon you will see some new teefers popping out in place of those disposable ones. She is at the right age to loose the baby teeth. Just think how nice it will be without all the chewing games. Well, at least the teething chewing. :D
  • Thanks for the reply was in a panic shes totaly fine still trying to swing from my trouser leg everywhere i go in the house!!

At her age the teeth were ready to fall out anyway. You have nothing to worry about.
