New puppy on the house! I'd love to receive some tips on my baby buddy.

Hello! I got an EBT pup a month and a half (she's three months and three days old now) and her name is Nugget. She was an unexpected gift from an aunt who had some puppies. I've never raised this breed before, I've had Boxers but this is totally different. I mean, so far so not that bad but there are some little issues I'd love to receive help with.
I need to give some context before so... I also own a 4-year-old female Pomeranian (Paige) and a 5-year-old rescued mongrel (Tommaso) who I got as a pup. The pomeranian is a complete monster and lives inside too, my sister takes care of her but she never socialized properly and thus, absolutely hates Nugget (and all strangers) because she is all about playing and she's kind of rough for the pom. The mongrel lives outside and he is under my ownership and care since I adopted him, he's a really nice dog who loves all people but is kind of scared of all dogs . When I got him they told me he was rescued (alongside his litter) from a garbage can when he was just days old, they also castrated him at two-months-old so I'm sure that has to do with it. I even paid for a year and a half of dog training with an emphasis on socializing but he just never really seemed to enjoy being with other dogs, he can be surrounded by Pitbulls and won't even care as long as they don't get too close, if they do he'll just get between my legs but he has never shown aggression.
I've been giving Nugget most of my time every day because she's still very young and I want her to understand what's ok and what is just unacceptable, it's been exhausting but she's smart and kind of cooperative. The first three weeks were an honest nightmare, I barely slept and got bitten a lot more than I expected but we've managed to decrease the biting a lot during our first month and a half together. How? By wrestling the monster and pinning her down for up to twenty minutes at a time every time she decided to throw a tantrum and biting everything at her glance. I learned about the "bully run" a few weeks ago when she rampaged all over my room and broke a lamp (which I totally hated anyway). I also discovered that this breed is quite smelly and incredibly stubborn but I find that absolutely hilarious (except when she's suddenly biting my freaking ears). Her biggest issue right now is chewing on furniture from my room (where she stays most of the time) and the fact that she just goes bananas when she sees Tommaso. She enjoys being on a leash and always tells me when she has to go poo-poo, buuuut she still pees a lot in my room.
All in all, I absolutely love her despite making me want to kill myself during the first weeks and I'm excited for her last vaccination before taking her to the park and to meet my friends' dogs.
So here are the things I'd love to get some advice on:
1) How can I stop her from going berserk when she sees Tommaso? She behaves 'ok' around Paige because the pom barks without provocation at her even when Nugget just wants to chill around her and when that fails because Nugget begins the chase she just hops into the highest spot she can, like a cat. When she sees Tommaso, she just loses her shit. She launches herself like a torpedo against him and nips at him, which obviously makes Tommaso really anxious and defensive. He growls and kind of nips her too but more in a "gtfo of my face gurl", and the stress is pretty evident so I try to take a little step every single day in hopes that they can play together in the future. Does anyone know a way to make both of them kind of come together? I have no hope with the pom, and they're not really aggressive towards each other so I guess I'll just learn to live with the barking.
2) She eats her poop. I found out in the worst possible way, I left her in my room for an hour and when I got back there were at least 7 stains of poop on the floor but there were no stools to be found. She ate them, she ate her shit. I was in shock, I never had a dog who ate his/her poop hahaha. It's happened a couple of times since but she only does it inside though, she's been around my other dogs' poop and she's obviously interested and takes a sniff or two but doesn't eat it. Is it because I have a really clean lady? Does she just love the taste of her own shit? Did she do it because she was bored and alone?
I think those are my main concerns for now, but I'll keep you guys updated on the little devil's progress haha.
