Super itchy and Bumps all Over legs

So with the pollen boom thats what I thought this was but I'm really starting to get worried. I plan on taking him to the get tomorrow because today he was itching so badly he was whimpering. Hes chewing his feet to the point of them being raw. After each walk I wipe him down with aloe wipes to help sooth and get the pollen off.. Has anyone else seen anything like this? Gave him am oat bath last night and that did very little. :o3

That looks like insect bites. This time of year is really bad for chiggers where I'm at. Fleas are flourishing too. Based on the location of where he's affected I'm prone to thinking he's getting it from his walks outside. To me, it looks like chigger bites.

Oh wow! Never considered them. Now in thinking it could be amts too, we have a million little mounds flourishing right now! Thanks for the help! Epsom salt baths here we come! \:D/
