Auggie update

Well Auggie (the black brindle) is growing like a weed, now 10 months old, had her first season and her and Rue are best friends, Rue is going to be 6 in April and just had her first barn hunt experience, she was very offended that we actually wanted her to stand on a hay bale, she is such a tender foot. Auggie is really starting to bulk up and get some muscle definition but its couch potato season so hopefully she muscles up and doesn't pudge up.

I wish we had Barn Hunts in NYC. Our Vinnie is very good at it. Sometimes we show him a toy, then lock him in the bathroom and hide the toy anywhere in the house. He usually finds it within few minutes. Last year he tracked a police horse on the beach.

My Mackenzie can smell a new kong in the house and will track it down . I got her one on Saturday and it was on the dinning room table is a bag full of other stuff

That tracking of the horse is hilarious. Auggie won her first competition in 25 seconds in the fall, they have 120 seconds but she was on fire. The dog that came in second took 45 seconds.
