Lady is a wader

She will swim to cross a stream but prefers to stay in contact with the ground

Max on the other hand will jump off boats etc he thinks he is a water retriever

I would love to see mine swimming. It would burn off a lot of the energy she has. Any suggestions on the initial introduction? Since just getting her near a stream had no help in getting her interested. Once she had her elbows in, she was done. lol

Never force them and you go first is the best rule

He will even jump off the boat

Lady needs it hot and will follow me most times
