If she is pulling maybe try a martingale collar or a harness with the ring on the chest. I have used both with great success.

What is a martingale collar? Is it a training or prong collar?

@Oma Its not a prong, I'm not a fan. It works like a prong but it is nylon .you can adjust it and when pulled it tightens. It's the only collar I use now and I've tried a lot I have 3 dogs ( 2 pits and the bull terrier) I started my bull terrier on the front fastening harness ,that worked really well but when she got to about 11/2 I switched to the martingale .

Thank you, I have never heard of that one before. Our 5 yr old bully wears the prong if we are going to be out where other dogs are, she is very protective of her owner my daughter. Our 100 yr old schnauzer (shes 15) wears a nylon with a small choker section. So far our new bully is using a buckle nylon collar, she does not pull and walks loosely.

@Oma These are my 3 ,we started with the prong for the same reason but switched over to the martingale and it has been great.
