Does anyone know what this is little red bumps under her arm pits too

Mine gets those same bumps. I believe them to be allergies. They come and go often. When bathing her we use a medicated shampoo on those areas first to let it sit for awhile. Then rinse her and dry. They go away in a day. I find that when she crawls through grass, it is more likely to happen. She is always land swimming anyway. So we just bath her regularly.
