My EBT nose concern. Help!

My EBT is 1 years old (Ralph). His nose started losing some hair and then i noticed his skin darkening and sort of starting to lump up. Anyone else have this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. I have an appointment coming up for him next week. Thanks!

Bull Terriers are known to get blackheads and spots on their noses.
Try putting a warm cloth on it to open up the pores and then squeeze.
If nothing comes out of it or it bleeds, see your vet.
That does look quite nasty.

Some Bull Terriers really beat their noses up and create callouses on them. This is another reason I always ensure to have some Bag Balm readily available. I use this stuff for everything.
