My Dog seems small @ 15 months old

about 42 lbs... but very good looking pure breed but he seems small compared to his dad and mother. Dad was about 75lbs and mom was 65lbs. He is only 43 lbs at 15 months... maybe i got the runt of the litter, but he is rock solid. Tons of exercise dailey, feed the best food, beef, guts, fish, pork, ribs, chicken, lamb, bacon, you name it... he get's nothing but the best food. And it's mixed with NuVet and victory dry food. Only get's 6 stage filtered water no tap water for this dog.

It's hard to judge his structural appearance from a head and chest photo.
That photo of the champion BT that you posted is decades old. A lot has changed within the Breed since those days and that Bullie wouldn't do too well in today's conformation events.
