Sudden aggressive behavior

My puppy is 9 months old and just finished her first heat cycle. She's now really aggressive to my older dog creases, she will attack him viciously if he goes near her food, even when he gets her on her back she doesn't actually give up or back down. But if they're playing and she hurts him and he yelps she then constantly licks his face with her ears back like shes apologetic.

She sounds like a good candidate for some professional training. She could be a very dominant dog which is often many dogs are born with based on their bloodlines.
Now is a good time to correct the dominant and aggressive behavior before it gets out of hand. Things only get harder the more conflicts she has with your other dog as well as any other dog.
