Red bump 6 week puppy

My six week old puppy recently had diarrhea he got over it the diarrhea and developed this red bump that I just saw a few hours ago I made an appointment with the vet tomorrow in the morning should I be worried?

I would love to know the answer my Pit bull has the same thing and is headed to the vet as well.

My first question would relate to the cause of the diarrhea, which looks as though may have a correlation due to the location of the ulcer (?).

But I keep getting stuck on the 6 week old puppy part.

Looks like an anal gland abscess but there's really no telling without having that puppy fully examined.
I'm in shock your breeder allowed that puppy to leave the litter and go to a new home at 6 weeks old. That's way too early and can have a bad effect on him.

That it more like prolapsed rectum, from straining with the diarrhea..
See a vet asap.
