Skin, food, allergy issues. 6 month old

Hello everyone. I am a proud owner of a 6month old all-white EBT. I've had him since he was 7 weeks old and one thing I've always had issues with is his skin.
I have fed him grain free and raw since we got him. It seems that almost EVERYTHING he eats causes him to break out. I'll get into detail.
Not really looking for answers so much as documenting what Esco is going through and maybe I do find an answer that helps other people's EBT as well.
He hasn't lost patches yet but he's had days where he sheds bad. Ive tried all kibble, all raw, and a mix of both but he still breaks out. When he "breaks out" his skin gets real red and he will whine and cry while licking/biting his penis area, legs and chases/bites tail. Stud tail is starting to form. He just started breaking out in red "lumps" sometimes all over his belly, chest, etc.
Raw chicken makes him really red and any kibble with chicken seems to make him red and cry. He used to eat raw beef but now if I give him raw beef he was start whining within an hour after consuming. I'll have to hold him til he goes to sleep sometimes to stop him from chewing and whining.
I just started rubbing him in coconut oil and feeding him at least a tablespoon a day.
When I first gave him some over a week ago he had diarrhea bad, I couldnt go to sleep without waking up to him soiling and spraying it everywhere in the kitchen through his cage, it was a mess. I always feel so had for him. That only lasted a day or so and now he can handle the coconut oil, but breakouts still occur, so I'm thinking it's a yeast infection or something and to just stick with coconut oil. He gets exercise and looks healthy, just has these food issues.
He has been on grain free kibble, and we try to be consistent. He's had TOTW salmon and bison, both would make him red and whine. He's now on nutrience Pacific salmon, but might switch to the red since he has lumps on the salmon, and sometimes it makes him red too. I feel like anything he eats makes him break out. I've even restricted him to just beef and he was losing lots of fur so I bought the expensive kibble imediately and that seems to help, I've seen the best results with Nutrience so far.
He eats carrots and bananas everyday. I'm thinking maybe the banana caused the lumps. Im just lost.
We've given him grain free can food and those all seem to make him break out no matter what, and I check the ingredients and only buy ones that have high protein and don't have chicken. Alot of canned food sneaks in chicken and turkey. That reminds me he got turkey for thanksgiving and it like made him sick. That was the end of poultry for him.
I'll look into nuvet but I'm hoping the coconut oil starts to make improvements. I'll try to post more pictures
I feel like I take care of him and he is definitely well loved here, sometimes he eats better than I do, I bought $70 worth of new York strips for $25 on sale at Safeway and he got all of that except for one steak he threw my way lol. I would love to see him be able to eat stuff without whining or getting red, lumps and stuff. He had that sour stinky breath that made me suspect yeast and since he's been eating coconut oil it's kind of went away.
Thanks you anyone who read all of this

Chicken really brought it out
I tried many diets and settled on
A mix of raw from a butcher that has been working with a vet for many years on the blend mixed with a mix of kibble from Victor their Yukon River blend
I also add cottage cheese ,gelatin and once a day a vitamin from Nu Vet
They also get a spoon full of coconut oil
It took a few months and the female was more problematic with the red bumps and rash but they eventually went away and now at 16 months they are free from all skin issues
I hope your little guy gets relief
The raw is the beef and tripe blend
The proof is in the way they look they are massively muscled and clean skin
break out in red bumps all over her belly and skin if she has treats/foods with wheat flour in them. I have even noticed it after she has rawhide too. We have put her on Alaskan salmon oil at the first sign of skin issues and we haven’t had any issues since, even when the occasional wheat treat finds her mouth. It also makes her coat glisten and shine I am sorry to hear yours is having such a rough time. I hope you are able to find something to bring him relief.
She is wonderful
I don't know if it's available in your part of the world but i'm sure that you guys would have something similar.
As it turned out last week, he doesn't have pancreatitis at all, he has salmonella.
The above product appears to be keeping things under control without side effects.
