Brown spot on teeth

I am at this moment having couch time with Ella and I was checking.out her teeth which look great other than two of her top teeth, one on each side with a brown spot near her gum.
I tried scraping them off and nothing.
Surely isn't decay this young and her teeth looking clean and healthy.
Anyone else seen this?

Her teeth are in good shape. You can tell she's young by the condition of her teeth. As she ages you might see some discoloring forming by the gum line. A dog's teeth are hard to keep up with unless your brushing them very good every day and allowing them to chew on raw bones.
