1 year old bully been vomiting for the last week

Our 1 year old male bully hasn't been feeling well for about a week now, and I am both mystified and very worried about what it could be. Last week, we woke up and found that he had vomited all over his crate in the middle of the night. He didn't bark or whine or anything to wake us up. There was blood in it, so we immediately took him to the vet. He threw up twice more that morning before we actually got him into the office. They took X-rays, gave him an anti-nausea injection, and fluids. The x-rays didn't show anything definitive, but the vet pointed out a 'shadow' in his stomach that didn't sit quite right with her. She asked if he had eaten any of his blanket or carpet recently that would cause this. I laughed out loud because that's a daily event for our Crash. But she said it looked to her like a linear form blockage, which is usually caused by ingesting string or carpet. After that, I monitored him like a hawk to make sure he passed whatever it was he ingested. Sure enough, the next day, he pooped out a bunch of our white shag carpet that his crate sits on top of. It's not the first time he's eaten it, but this is the first time it caused an issue. So I though that was the end of it. He was slowly getting his energy back, but never got back to 100% this past week. He's had diarrhea, which has also had blood in it. I attributed that to inflamed bowels and/or intestines due to his carpet episode. He was also pretty lethargic and extra cuddly. But he was slowly but surely getting better. We took him for a long walk yesterday and was getting him back to his regular playtime. I woke up this morning to find he had vomited all over his crate again, and peed (that has never happened before). The vomit looked pretty normal, just his food and some grass from the yard. But his behavior is what really worried me. He's super lethargic to the point of barely moving. He won't eat or drink anything, and he just seems super sad.
I know vomiting isn't much of a unique symptom, but does anyone have any ideas? We really don't have the money to be taking him to the vet every week, but if this continues for the rest of today, I will definitely take him tonight.
Thank you!

If Crash did not poop all the carpet and still has a GI obstruction, you should take him to vet. It could be very serious.
Get well soon!
