Help!

My dog Cash hasn't eaten very well at all for a week now! He will hardly drink water as well. I took him to the vet and everything was normal according to his vet. He isn't pooping regularly. Or peeing. Normally he poops like 6 times a day at least. He eat 2-3 meals a day. No human food unless he gets something from my children. He will drink out of a medicine dropper or eat a small bit from my hand. If he eats too much he throws up. He isn't throwing us a lot. The first day he was sick he threw up, then once when I was hand feeding him he threw up. Then today he threw up. There was a tiny trace of blood today. We did get a new puppy the beginning of June, is he depressed and feeling left out or something? He loves the puppy and they play and he's so happy for a friend. Now he won't play with the puppy or my kids. He will hardly come out of his crate unless I carry him out. Please help! My kids seriously think their dog is going to die and it's breaking my heart!

Has he eaten anything he shouldn't did the vet consider an intestinal blockage. Good luck I'd get back the vets if there is no improvement

Doesn't sound well. Perhaps a second vetinary opinion.

Pooping 6 times a day as 'normal' doesn't sound so normal to me.

Yea maybe him pooping that much doesn't sound right. But he's always been that way. As soon as he eats he likes to poop. Or if we go for a walk he likes to poop. I don't know, that's just how he is. And he's always had healthy poop. His vet said he looks really good. His pigment looked good, no fevers... He is starting to eat slowly, little bits at a time, and has now started drinking water on his own. I think he's coming back around. She said he could have a cold. And I did take him for X-rays yesterday and there's nothing showing on there either. Thanks for the help, I'm super glad I found this site!
